Returned Packages & Reshipments
If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, unclaimed packages, or inaccessible delivery locations, the customer is responsible for additional reshipment fees to mail the item a second time. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related shipping interruptions, lost packages marked as delivered, delayed tracking updates, or transit interruptions outside of our control.
